In the daily volleyball school team training, the high school team has only one training opportunity per week due to academic pressure. The team members are full of enthusiasm for volleyball and cherish the opportunity of joint training every week. Therefore, they are very efficient. A good understanding has been formed among the team members, laying the foundation for achieving excellent results in the game. Before the game, the coach, Mr. Jin Chaoyang, also analyzed the characteristics, techniques and tactics of the opponents together with the team members, so that the team members could know themselves and their opponents before the game and never lose a hundred battles.

The junior high school volleyball team has been maintaining the intensity of training three times a week. In daily training, Mr. Jin not only pays attention to the training of volleyball technical movements, but also attaches great importance to helping the players to shape good psychological quality and cultivate their leadership, which will be conducive to their long-term development. For example, in daily training, Mr. Jin will set up a simulated high-pressure scene to let the team members play games and compete for the final score, so as to help the team members develop a good mentality. According to teacher Jin, Zhang Beiyi, the leader of the junior high school women’s volleyball team, was not confident when she was the team leader at the beginning, but she gradually took the responsibility of the team leader in daily training and competitions. In this competition in Yuhang District, she was able to fully mobilize the team atmosphere, and her leadership was greatly improved in this process.
