Zhu Fanghao, graduating class of UFS12D in UFS Design Stream at NFLS, has been accepted as an undergraduate at the School of Communication, University of the Arts London. As parents of children, we deeply realize that we should respect the will of children and let their interests ignite learning.
The University of the Arts London, referred to as UAL, has ranked second in the world in the QS World University Rankings Art and Design Rankings for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021, and ranked first in the undergraduate world. It is the largest art university in Europe for art, design, media and performance. The extremely low offer rate and acceptance rate is one of the most difficult universities in the world.
Recalling that the child had just entered NFLS Xianlin, he didn’t know what he wanted to do in the future, what major he would choose, he was very confused and extremely unconfident, he even asked us to take a leave of absence after the first semester of high school. . Fortunately, teacher Ma Jingzhi discovered the abnormality of the child in time, and took the initiative to act as the child’s psychological counselor, encouraging the child to pursue artistic ideals and let their interests achieve their studies. The child has found a way forward, and regards game design as the main direction of the major, and both in-class learning and professional courses are correct. With the meticulous help of the head teacher and teachers of various subjects, the graduation portfolio has won unanimous praise from all teachers.
During the design class, Zhu Fanghao not only applied the UFS design stream courses, but also applied to universities in the UK at the same time. Finally, he achieved ideal results and received admission letters from many universities in the UK and Australia, and finally chose his dream school. Seeing his growth and sharing his achievements in chasing his game dream makes him happy. Because he insisted on his goal, the game major is not playing games, but more focused on creative ideas.
