From December 30 to 31, 2018, AHEAD Education Group gathered held the 2018 annual work conference in Nanjing. Under the theme of “improving the pattern, expanding the horizon, focusing the goal, and developing together”, the annual meeting included “thematic speeches”, “new employees’ printing”, “recognition awards”, and “ The annual work testimony of everyone, “the chairman’s speech” and “Foreseeing 2019 New Year’s party” six sections.

 

On the first day of the annual meeting, the company’s three central departments and representatives of campuses went on stage to report on the results of the work in 2018. In the printing of new employees, Chairman He personally awarded each of the 14 new employees who joined AEHAD in 2018 with a unique seal with a name. In the awarding section, the company awarded “Excellent Teacher Award”, “General Manager Nomination Award”, “Special Contribution Award”, “Everlasting Achievement” and “Excellence of the year” to 22 outstanding colleagues who have outstanding performance in various jobs in the past year, in recognition of their persistence, commitment and continuous improvement in their work.

Executive Director Dr. Liu proposed that 2018 is a year of rethinking and integration, and next year’s work will be in the “quality sustainable development” and “creating the four dimensions of curriculum, teaching, management and service”. Promote the company’s sustainable development and greet the five aspects of “establishing a fair and equitable value evaluation and distribution system”, “establishing a value behavior assessment system” and “invigorating internal vitality and innovation” to face the challenge of a bigger business landscape in the future.

Chairman He gave a speech stated that it is clear that reflection, focus and breakthrough are the three key words of AHEAD in the New Year. Only continuous reflection can make the repetitive work have meaning, so that we can make process. Continuous improvement, focus on the required high concentration and continuous investment in time and energy are the only way for us to clarify the nature of the problems and contradictions and to find the clues. With the above two forces we can find the way to break the problems and difficulties in a clearer display.
